Polices & Guidelines
Thank you for choosing our salon. To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable booking deposit of $40. The remaining balance for the service can be paid in cash or with a debit card.
Please be aware of the following policies and guidelines:
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. The outstanding balance will be charged to your card.
To reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the need for a new deposit for future bookings.
Only individuals receiving services are permitted in the salon. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing children or additional individuals.
No-shows will not be tolerated. The remaining balance of the service will be charged to your card. This policy also applies to any classes offered.
You can conveniently cancel or reschedule your appointment through the confirmation email or by calling 256-348-9106. For urgent matters, please use the provided phone number instead of email or direct messages.
Late Arrival and No-Call, No-Show:
If you arrive 15 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be charged. If you exceed a 30-minute delay, your appointment will be canceled, and your card will be charged accordingly.
Lace and Wig Requirements:
For Tuesday appointments, please bring your lace on the preceding Saturday.
All lace must be dropped off 48 hours prior to your appointment at 1580 Sparkman Dr. Unit 204 Huntsville Al 35816.
If you need to mail your lace or wig, please send it to the same address with the requirement of a signature upon delivery.
Additional Services and Off-Day Appointments:
Same-day wig customization requests will incur a fee of $50.
Scheduling an appointment on a stylist's off day will require an additional $75 added to the service fee.
We kindly ask that you refrain from booking an appointment if you have prior commitments. Please schedule your visit for a day when you are available.
We do not work over someone else's work, except for takedowns. However, we cannot assume responsibility for any hair loss during the takedown process.
Please inform your stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, or previous surgeries (e.g., dye, glue) before starting your services.
For custom handmade wigs, we cannot guarantee the outcome. However, we provide a 100% guarantee for wigs purchased from Xpress Weave Bar.
We may capture pictures and videos for social media purposes only. Your cooperation and readiness for photographs are appreciated.
