Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located (or our jurisdiction if outside the US) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA takedown notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate or suspend users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
